My Professional Journey
From the bustling floors of Outback Steakhouse as a waiter and manager, my career path was carved out by an unwavering focus on customer service. A significant turning point was my tenure at a high-end restaurant, where I realized there was a lapse in addressing basic customer needs. When my feedback was met with resistance, I was driven by self-respect and a desire to treat customers the way I wanted to be treated. This led to the inception of my consulting firm.
Joining a fledgling startup, BLU3, I spearheaded affiliate relationships, logistics, product launches, and marketing endeavors spanning over 50 countries. I prided myself in transforming BLU3’s revenue, tripling it in a brief period. But not every milestone was smooth; navigating a product recall was a testament to my problem-solving skills, pushing me to innovate and deepen trust within our global customer base.
Educationally, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Broward College. My passion for entrepreneurship was further nurtured by the BCEx program, where my efforts were recognized.
With an arsenal of skills, I’ve dived deep into the realms of social media marketing, affiliate marketing, business development, and more, ensuring I’m always at the forefront of industry trends.

The thrill of exploring new cultures ignites my wanderlust, often capturing these memories through photography. My innate desire to give back sees me volunteering at local state parks and supporting non-profits.
